Software Manager


  • Lead and supervise a team of Software Engineers and Software Developers
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, to determine software requirements
  • Create high-level product specifications and design documents
  • Guide and assist the Software Engineers/Developers team throughout the process of creating software programs for the company’s Industry 4.0 products and solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with coding or design
  • Ensure that you and the team adhere to software development schedules and deadlines
  • Reporting to the Head of the Software Team in China, to interact regularly with the Head of the Software Team and China Team and present regular progress reports
  • Test the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirement
  • Update software solutions and guide/assist the team to fix any software issues, as and when required
  • Interact and liaise with customers, if required to resolve any software issues related to the company’s solutions and products supplied to the customers
  • Keeping abreast of new software technologies, as well as conforming to best practices in software development

Mechanical Designer


  • Responsible for automated machine design and development using Solidworks software
  • To conceptualize new machine design concept and able to translate the ideas in order to present to team members and also customers
  • Familiar with standard parts selection such as Pneumatics Cylinders, mechanical parts. Selection to be cost-effectiveness driven
  • Familiar with timing belt driven system and motor selections is a plus
  • To complete functions, prototype demonstration to potential, customers
  • Responsible for ensuring the final design meets functional and performance specifications
  • To be alert of daily design task and sensitive to time allocation of projects
  • Responsible for ensuring that designs and projects are complete on time and at a reasonable cost
  • To support test run and buy-off of equipment
  • Develops manufacturing process to produce newly designed parts
  • Designs and details tools for making components or for assembly
  • Produce problem findings and reports
  • Resolves problems related to assigned projects by working with vendor, customers, and others as necessary
  • Directs the efforts of engineers and technicians involved in the development, application, evaluation, testing and maintenance of components and finished product
  • Reviews work submitted through the SolidWorks system and ensured the proper procedures are followed.
  • To prepare product for manufacturing and shipment within given budget and deadline

Robotics Engineers


  • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
  • Conduct research in various robotic fields (e.g. link multiple modules with IoT service, artificial intelligence services)
  • Design the process and prototypes to build machine from start to finish
  • Perform integration test to the robotics systems and quality control
  • Provide integration guidance and direction to implement software that will control robots
  • Manage software engineering execution throughout the project lifecycle via the use of project metrics, risk management, structured decision making and project status reports
  • Keep abreast of advancements in robotics and relevant fields of engineering

Business Development Executive


  • To execute company’s business plans and work towards achieving company’s business targets
  • Handle overall process of negotiation, demonstration and closing stage for assigned projects
  • Attend to inquiries and serve customers by identifying their needs, and provide work support with machine, system, technical solution, and engineering information and conduct product and solutions demonstration during sales pitch
  • Prepare quotation and presentation materials to customers whenever required.
  • Establish new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call/visit schedules
  • Prepare various daily, weekly, and monthly reports which include sales report, cost estimation reports to management
